This is not an automated PageSpeed report. I open your store, I use it like a customer, and I tell you what I see.
Mobile speed and Core Web Vitals
Where your store is slow, what's causing it, and roughly what each fix is worth. Most stores are losing buyers before the first image renders.
The three biggest conversion leaks
Product page, cart, checkout. I go through the path a real customer takes and show you where they drop off and why.
App bloat and theme debt
Which of your apps are fighting each other, which are loading on pages they have no business loading on, and what that costs you.

The teardown
You send your store URL. Within 48 hours I record a 10 minute video showing the three biggest things costing you sales, ranked by what I'd fix first.
Free. Nothing expected in return. Plenty of people take the video and fix things themselves.
The strategy call
If you want to go further, we book an hour. We go through the teardown properly, look at your analytics together, and work out what's actually worth building against what it would return.
Still free. You leave with a plan whether or not you hire us.
The quote
If it makes sense to work together, you get a fixed quote with a defined scope and a real start date. No hourly billing, no open ended retainer you have to argue your way out of.
The build
You work directly with the developers writing the code. Weekly progress, one point of contact, and a staging link you can look at any time.
Most projects turn into ongoing optimisation work, because once the biggest bottleneck is fixed the data usually shows where to look next.
Nobody moves to the next step until they want to.

Who's doing the teardown
I'm Rizwan, co-founder of Devjour Technologies. I'm a full stack developer and I've spent the last several years building and fixing Shopify stores for DTC brands.
It isn't outsourced, and it isn't generated. I do these teardowns myself.

Questions people ask
How long does it take?
48 hours, usually less. If I'm slammed I'll tell you upfront rather than leaving you waiting.
Is it really free?
Yes. I do a handful of these a week. Some turn into work, most don't, and that's fine.
What if my store is a mess?
Then the video will be more useful. I'm not going to judge you for a theme that grew organically. Every store I've ever opened has had something wrong with it.
Do you need access to my store?
No. Everything in the teardown comes from the public front end of your site. I don't need admin access, I don't need your analytics, and I don't need an NDA to look at a page any customer can see.
What happens to my details?
They go to me. No newsletter, no sequence, no sharing with anyone, no reselling. If you never reply I'll never chase you more than once.
What if I want to fix it myself?
Do that. I'll tell you which parts are DIY and which need a developer. Plenty of people take the video and never speak to me again.
I'm not on Shopify. Can you still help?
If you're on WooCommerce, Magento or a custom stack and thinking about moving to Shopify, send it over anyway. Replatforming is a big part of what we do.
